The salsa roasted salmon – Healthy foods
- 1 tomato chopped,
- 1 onion chopped,
- 1 clove garlic chopped,
- 1 red pepper chopped,
- 1 teaspoon cider vinegar,
- little chili powder,
- some ground cumin and salt,
- 2 or 3 dashes hot salt,
- 2 pieces center cut salmon filled skinned.
The first step is to preheat the oven.
Then in a blender add the tomato, onion, garlic, red pepper, vinegar, chili powder, cumin, salt and the sauce to the food and smooth it well .
Then on a pan place the salmon with the salsa on top and roasted it till the salmon is cooked through .
