Ingredients:

  • 1 tomato chopped,
  • 1 onion chopped,
  • 1 clove garlic chopped,
  • 1 red pepper chopped,
  • 1 teaspoon cider vinegar,
  • little chili powder,
  • some ground cumin and salt,
  • 2 or 3 dashes hot salt,
  • 2 pieces center cut salmon filled skinned.
