The turkey mini meat loaves recipe – Healthy turkey meatloaf

Ingredients:

  • ½ kg ground turkey,
  • 1 medium zucchini shredded,
  • 1 cup finely chopped onion,
  • 1 cup finely chopped red bell pepper,
  • 1/3 cup whole wheat couscous,
  • 1 large egg beaten,
  • 2 spoons Worcestershire sauce,
  • 1 spoon Dijon mustard,
  • ½ teaspoon freshly ground pepper,
  • little salt and ¼ cup barbecue sauce.
  1. First of all preheat the oven and take a muffin pan and coat it with cooking spray.
  2. In a bowl add the turkey, zucchini, onion, bell pepper, couscous, egg, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, pepper and salt and mix with your hands.
  3. Then divide the mixture in equal parts in the muffin pan and spread barbecue sauce on top of each loaf.
  4. Bake the meatloaves until they are cooked through for about 25 minutes.
  5. Make sure to leave them in the pan for about 5 minutes before taking them out and transfer them on a plate .
